Daddy Love

Throughout Sophie's infancy, she was definitely a momma's girl. She wouldn't let BA put her to sleep, didn't want him if she was sick or fussy, and just generally was crushing on her mommy.

Now that Sophie is a big girl, she is totally in love with her daddy! She lays with him in the mornings, LOVES playing and laughing with him, and will pretty much let him do all the things that Mommy only used to be able to do. I believe she has figured out how much of a pushover he is, because she particularly prefers him when I'm trying to enforce the rules, be strict, or adhere to a schedule.

In these pictures, Sophie is "helping" Daddy fold laundry. You can see why she thinks he is so much fun. I would go crazy if she were unfolding everything I was trying to get done! It's nice to have one laid back parent, I guess.

Sophie and her daddy are pretty tight right now. I believe Daddy's enjoying his moment of popularity, too.
