This is pure motherly bragging. I can't help it.
Peyton took ITBS tests for the first time this year. He scored 96 on his reading, 83 on his math, and 86 on his science. Those are the only three areas they test in Sioux City. These scores are phenomenal, at least according to my standards (at WMS).
Sadie wrote a little story about election day, and her teacher submitted it. It was published in the Harvest compilation of student works.
The kids were told they could choose any celebration to honor these accomplishments. Sadie chose to eat at Red Lobster last night. We made sure to tell our waitress about her story being published, and she brought Sadie a free dessert.
Peyton chose to have a friend come over to play. His friend, Patrick, came over this afternoon. They played Playstation and Wii, and I made cookies for them. Peyton thought it was awesome.
Noah also had a great report card, loves to read and is wonderfult at it, and continues to do a nice job at playing clarinet. I owe him a celebration from his conferences as well.
Thanks for enduring the bragging.
